[Ruby's so special she gets an actual phone call. He sounds pretty pumped up about whatever sort of idea's in his head so he doesn't even give her a chance to really say anything before he barrels right through.]
Ruby! I had the coolest idea ever for a new bot that I wanna start making. Okay think about it. It's part sushi-chef and part-professional knife thrower so you get food and entertainment all at once and you can also make it into a fighter bot so you can take it into combat but then have a snack for later. I may or may not already have blueprints drafted. [He's only 20% serious (he has blueprints...and he's thought of making this before)...but maybe he's just saying it to see what she says. Plus this way CERES doesn't have a record of him saying what he actually wants to build instead.] What do you think? I was going to start putting together some prototypes so I need to get some new parts. Wanna come with me?

[Ever since his talk with Edgeworth, Apollo's mind has been weighed down by the prospect of learning how to fight and wield some kind of weapon. On one hand, he wants to brush the advice aside and continue as he has been. On the other... when has he accepted anything but the truth?
